Dining Room

Take a Deep Breath

February 28, 2011

I don’t always understand the issues people have with Monday mornings. To me it’s usually just like any other day. But oh man am I feeling that Monday moodiness today. All I feel like doing is sitting down with a cup a pot of coffee all by myself and letting my mind wander and eventually come to rest somewhere peaceful and content. Here are some pleasant dining areas that could provide a nice spot for some rest & relaxation.

Bella Mancini Design via desire to inspire. I love the reclaimed wood look of this dining table, and the chandelier brings in some glamour. Though that expansive view of the green outdoors would have to be my favorite part of this room.

Dining Area

Modern design some times has a hard time attaining coziness or livability, but that’s not the case in this room designed by Bolaget. I also love how the space is so multi-functional as it blurs the line between dining and living area. That window seat is looking just about perfect to me right now.

Annah, thank you so much! Orange is an AWESOME color for bold accents. Fresh paint is such an invigorating way to make a room feel brand new. Have fun with your project!
