My weekend is starting out with a long stretch of work that will give way to two and a half whole days off, a very nice way to start the new year. For my last post of the year let’s ogle a batch of beautiful bathrooms.
Such gorgeous tile. I never take baths, but I might give it a try if I had a beautiful tub. Via decorology.
I love this bathroom. The rich, dark tones are perfect. Via decorology.
Isn’t this just magnificent? It’s just a touch minimal for my tastes but I adore the marble and wood combo. And that shower is amazing. A tub, a shower, and a bench, and a window. And it’s huge. Just amazing. By Craig Steely Architecture via desire to inspire.
So this is slightly ridiculous. A giant rock-like tub, with hardware concealed in the wooden chest and the shower head hidden in the chandelier. What?! That’s right. I really don’t think I would ever choose something like this, but man I wouldn’t mind visiting. Via French By Design.
This egg shaped tub is super tempting. Of all the rooms in the house to go all white, I think the bathroom is a good choice. This room is very zen, wouldn’t you say? Via freshome.
I’d rather go with a more lived-in look like this one. It’s still modern and luxurious, but with more texture. If you’ve got room for furniture pieces like these in your bathroom, they’ll bring all kinds of coziness and warmth to a room that is prone to being stark and cold. Via Schöner Wohnen.
This tile… is gorgeous. Like wow. Tile by New Ravenna.
This looks like an excellent place to relax, and I think we all deserve a little relaxation as 2011 winds down. Do you have big plans for celebrating the New Year? Do tell. By Mendelson Group.Like This Post
