I have a deep respect for anyone running a successful vintage shop on Etsy, because I tried it myself. While it was very fun in some ways and I did have moderate success, the amount of time necessary to not only find beautiful old treasures to sell but also to price each one, photograph each one, write up a listing for each one, and figure out shipping for each one… it’s nuts! Very different from a shop that sells handmade goods that can be photographed once and then recreated over and over.
So when I find a vintage Etsy shop that is beautifully curated and photographed, I’m really in awe. Lackluster Co. is one such shop. Everything from the consistent, minimalist photography to the slick banner is just great. Here’s my picks from Lackluster Co.’s current stock.
